Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the original appointment. All no-shows, without notification, will require a 100% payment for the appointment. New appointments will not be scheduled until all payments are made. After 3 no-shows, stylist has the right to no longer allow appointment bookings.
