At Belles and Beaus Salon, our mission is to enhance confidence and beauty by providing personalized, high-quality hair services in a welcoming and relaxing environment. We strive to make every client feel pampered, empowered, and radiant—inside and out!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service balance and deducted at checkout. We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit. New appointments will not be scheduled until the required deposit has been received. After three no-shows, the stylist reserves the right to decline any future appointment requests. Belles and Beaus Salon does not offer refunds for any services provided. Any issues with salon services must be reported within 7 days of the original appointment to be corrected free of charge. After 7 days, any discrepancies will be considered a new service and charged at full price.

Opened in September 2023 in honor of her late father, Rebecca, a local for 20 years, brings 13 years of experience and a passion for creating gorgeous, confidence-boosting hair. From blonding and highlights to lived-in color and precision cuts, she tailors every style to YOU. She founded Belles and Beaus to combine creativity, comfort, and top-notch technique — because your hair deserves nothing less!
Carli McAlinden
Hi! I’m Carli. I moved to Surf City in 2020 from Long Island, NY. I’ve been doing hair for 33 years and have owned 3 salons in that time. My skills include all phases of customized highlights, hair color, perms, haircuts, and fades. I was trained in razor cutting at Bumble and Bumble and color at Wella International both in Manhattan. But my favorite skill is working with children on the spectrum. Gaining trust is my main priority.
